We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified chef (or similar) to assist in running our on-board food service. Passions of Paradise offers day trips to the Great Barrier Reef, and our trip includes a stunning buffet lunch for our passengers and crew. We are a multi- award winning company, and pride ourselves on our personalised service to our passengers.
The successful applicant will have previous experience:
-Managing a kitchen
-Planning menus for large numbers of people
-Ordering and monitoring supplies
-Managing cleaning of a kitchen
Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary experience. We want someone with creativity and passion to help us continue our excellent history of showing our guests the wonders of the Great Barrier Reef. The successful applicant will also be able to work towards a qualification of a Dive Master; although no previous scuba diving experience is necessary, it is encouraged.
